Well worth a visit. Had lunch today, under 20€ for 3 courses: salad buffet self service starter with plenty of options, so had 2 helpings, upgraded to entrecôte for 3 euro - à point was just that, nice cream of shalotte sauce. Friendly and quick service, good atmosphere, thank you.
This is a very good and very authentic French Restaurant. The Ford is very good and French original. I had a menu with beef tartar which was ready made and fresh and tasty. This is not expensive and upper class, but simply very good
Really lovely spot. We stumbled upon this place while looking for a French cuisine. We decided to go in because the place looked vibrant and full of locals. We were accommodated by lovely staff. Had a 3 course meal for 20 euro and it was absolutely fantastic. Great value for what you get. We had a carafe of wine as well and just as the dinner it was great. The staff was very attentive, which created lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic French cusine
Top food, good atmosphere and where the locals go. We were there for lunch, very good menu for 19€
We had a wonderful dinner experience here. The wait staff were incredibly helpful (with our limited French) offering advice and suggestions on wine and the menu. The food was delicious, with the steak cooked to perfection. The wine pairing was fantastic and dessert delicious. Thank you for a wonderful night out.
I passed by this place and entered as the menu du jour for 19€ was very attractive . I ordered the chèvre salade as entree, le tartare and the dessert du jour. I didn’t ordered any wine as I had already taken way too much of it, but by the looks of the other people, they seemed satisfied with the wine offer. I don’t have anything to complain. The food was delicious, waiting staff very caring and even understood my broken French. I definitely recommend this place.
Typical french bistro. The food is really tasty and affordable. I had the 19 EU menu and it came with an appetizer bar with shrimp, proscuitto ham, smoked salmon and some other salads. The entre I chose was the duck breast with fries, it was delicious. My son ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and he was served a good portion, for dessert I had the creme brulee. Overall a wonderful experience.
We loved this restaurant even before we went into it. The people were lovely, so warm, the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. So many locals were there, speaking for its authenticity. We would not hesitate to go back, and recommend it highly. Our favourite restaurant in our favourite city.
